Sweden is officially switching to a six-hour working day. This won’t affect wages in any way, but it will definitely optimize the time of the employees.

Filimundus, a mobile app developer, introduced this innovation last year. Its board of directors noted that an eight-hour working day is ineffective as keeping concentrated and efficient for this many hours is almost impossible for most people. Employees have to take breaks, and their time is wasted.

It turned out that employees can do the same amount of work within six hours as they do within eight, and, moreover, their efficiency even grows. They have more strength and time left for themselves, and they feel happier and more successful overall.

Medical workers of some clinics have also made a step towards the new working schedule. The Independent says that the six-hour working day will be implemented in the whole country.

It would be just great if we could also experience the benefits of such an innovation without having to move to Sweden.
